You'll need a medical certificate stating you are apt to scuba-dive from a general practitioner, hyperbaric doctor or sports doctor.

CMAS 1 STAR
You'll learn how to :
- Prepare your equipment
- Assemble your tank and diving gear
- Use hand signals to communicate with your dive leader
- Control your buoyancy
- Deal with any basic problems underwater
You'll then be qualified to dive up to a maximum depth of 5m or up to a maximum depth of 20m under the supervision of a level 4 diver.

CMAS 2 STAR
Level 2 allows you to dive up to 40m under supervision and, if your instructor permits, up to 20m independently with another level 2 diver.

CMAS 3 STAR
This level allows you to conduct dives up to a maximum depth of 60m together with other level 3 divers.

In our club, the number of dives necessary for each level is not set in stone, rather it depends on your ability to master and perform the required skills comfortably.
